So I was thinking and talking to my girlfriend about one of my recent lessons, where I was told to sing a warm-up on my favorite vowel. Hmm I thought to myself and started to sing E. After I reached lets say the third scale degree my teacher stops me and says, "Your favorite vowel is E?". Now I was so confused. I mean is it really that uncommon for a singer to sing on an E vowel? Personally, I like it. It feels nice on my voice. Others I know love Ah or A which is nice I guess. Well this post is really to find out others opinions.
